Job Overview:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be a key architect of our end-to-end digital ecosystem. You will take ownership of the design and implementation of complex, scalable full-stack web applications, seamlessly integrating AI systems into production-ready solutions. We are looking for a technical powerhouse who excels in a modern stack including Python (FastAPI) and is highly proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks like Next.js, React, Vue, and Nuxt.js, with experience in Node.js environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Strong English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Full Stack web development, including expertise in Python and Node.js for the backend, and multiple modern frontend frameworks/libraries (Next.js, React, Vue, Nuxt.js).
• Knowledge and experience in AI, including understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Experience working with backend web frameworks like FastAPI and Django in Python, and a proficiency in Node.js environments.
• Deep experience working with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks for the frontend, including React, Vue, Next.js, and Nuxt.js.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to project manage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proven track record of driving successful projects and products.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end full-stack web applications.
• Overseeing the development and maintenance of both complex backend services and cutting-edge frontend components.
• Designing, developing, and implementing AI features.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Developing custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Using predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
• Developing company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
• Ensuring that the web applications and AI systems are operating effectively and efficiently, meeting the company’s business needs and objectives.
• Keeping abreast of developments and trends in the fields of full stack development and AI.
• Training the team on new and emerging full stack, and AI technologies.
• Working with backend frameworks like Python (Django, FastAPI) and Node.js based services, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries like Next.js, React, Vue, and Nuxt.js.
