Videographer / Graphic Designer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a hybrid creative with a strong foundation in video, motion, and digital design. As a Mid-Level Videographer & Graphic Designer, you will produce engaging video-led content while also designing high-quality digital assets that support campaigns, experiences, and brand storytelling.
This role is for a proactive, detail-oriented creator who can seamlessly blend static design with motion storytelling in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will be responsible for transforming ambitious concepts into polished visual realities that engage and inspire our global audience.
Responsibilities
Video & Motion (Primary Focus):
- Lead the creation of video content from concept to final delivery, including planning, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual elements to enhance storytelling across digital platforms.
- Translate creative briefs and strategic inputs into cohesive video narratives aligned with brand goals.
- Adapt and optimize video assets for multiple platforms and formats (social, web, paid media, presentations).
Graphic Design Support (Secondary Focus):
- Design high-quality digital assets (static or simple animated) to support video-led campaigns.
- Assist the creative team with graphic design tasks during lower video workload periods, including layouts, visual adaptations, and campaign assets.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across video, motion, and static deliverables.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high craft standards.
- Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to improve visual impact, storytelling, and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in video production and digital graphic design, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and digital design work
- Advanced proficiency in video and motion tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Solid design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, and pacing
- Experience creating digital-first content for performance and brand campaigns
- Effective communication skills in English (B2 or higher)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
