Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and highly technical Media Operations Manager to join our team. This role is at the heart of our growth strategy, responsible for the operational excellence and technical architecture of paid media ecosystems, ensuring 100% data accuracy through advanced GTM/GA4 setups

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Funnel Execution: Lead the simultaneous implementation, management, and scaling of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, Youtube, PMax), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Programmatic networks
  • Manage high-pressure delivery and multiple client portfolios, ensuring excellence in execution and time management
  • Technical Tracking & Attribution: Own the technical setup of tracking pixels and conversion API integrations using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to ensure 100% data accuracy.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Manage and optimize paid efforts specifically for Shopify stores, ensuring seamless product feed management and high-converting user journeys.
  • Performance Analysis: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, optimizing for key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, CPV through rigorous A/B testing and data-driven adjustments.
  • Strategic Reporting: Develop insightful performance dashboards (experience in Looker Studio is a significant plus) to provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
  • Budget Stewardship: Strategically allocate and shift budgets between platforms to maximize overall portfolio performance and client growth.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve regarding privacy changes (iOS14+, cookieless future), platform updates, and emerging trends in digital advertising.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in high - budget performance marketing, with a strong focus on Paid Media (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Active hands-on experience in the last 2 years across all mentioned platforms to ensure agility in implementation
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment is highly preferred, with exposure to multi-account management and fast-paced delivery.
  • Platform Mastery: Expert-level command and simultaneous management of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Programmatic advertising (Display/Video)
  • Programmatic Knowledge: Proven experience managing Programmatic advertising (Display/Video).
  • Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • E-commerce: Direct experience working with Shopify environments.
  • Language: Professional fluency in English (B2/C1) as you will collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex datasets and simplify them into clear, actionable business insights.
