Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the execution, optimization, and quality assurance of email marketing campaigns across multiple clients and brands. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Klaviyo, a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, and a passion for creating engaging customer journeys that drive measurable business results.
Working closely with Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and Account teams, you will help build, deploy, and optimize automated email campaigns while ensuring a seamless customer experience through accurate execution and continuous performance improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of professional experience in email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo is required.
- Experience building and deploying email campaigns, automated workflows, and customer journeys.
- Understanding of email marketing best practices, including:
- QA and testing processes
- Approval workflows
- Template governance
- Design standards
- Audience segmentation
- Deployment processes
- Email deliverability
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Support the development and optimization of automated email workflows, lifecycle campaigns, and lead nurturing programs.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all email communications meet brand, design, and technical standards before deployment.
- Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene to improve targeting and personalization.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Execute A/B testing initiatives and implement optimizations based on campaign insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing objectives.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to establishing best practices for email marketing operations.
- Stay up to date on Klaviyo features, email marketing trends, and industry best practices.
