Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary and innovative Art Director / Creative Lead to define and execute the visual future of our brand. This role is a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on execution, requiring a leader who can inspire a creative team while maintaining the highest standards of craft and detail. You will act as a creative authority, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic across digital, print, and immersive platforms while leveraging emerging technologies to push the boundaries of design.


Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership: Lead end-to-end design execution for diverse projects, acting as a strategic partner to internal teams and clients by questioning briefs to ensure optimal impact.

  • Quality Control: Own and protect the quality of all creative output; provide actionable feedback and critique to elevate brand, visual, and craft standards.

  • Execution & Innovation: Remain hands-on with complex, high-impact work. Stay ahead of design trends, specifically within AI-driven workflows, Figma, and codeless environments.

  • Project Management: Manage workloads and deadlines effectively, ensuring all deliverables align with design systems and brand guidelines across multiple service lines.

  • Collaboration: Partner with project leadership and external vendors to drive new business opportunities and ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.


Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Film/TV, Innovation, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a design leadership role within a creative agency, marketing consultancy, or tech-driven environment.

  • Management Experience: Proven track record of leading creative staff and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills

  • Expert Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma are essential.

  • Multimedia: Strong knowledge of video production (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and experience in web/app design.

  • Tech-Forward: Deep understanding of current creative technologies, including AI tools and immersive design methodologies.

Core Competencies

  • Language: High proficiency in English (Minimum C1/B2 level).

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; ability to build "decks" and pitch strategically to Tier 1 & 2 clients.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to solve complex problems and think strategically about brand growth and new business development.

  • Portfolio: An exceptional portfolio showcasing execution excellence and a passion for making "cool things."
